The browser is actually very smooth and performs well even though it has that beta tag. However, there are certain hiccups like it cannot upload photos (or anything) from the SD Card as it is not yet integrated with the File Picker or maybe Opera is planning to keep its good looking File Selector instead of the File Picker.
